Voluntary COVID-19 Vaccine Registry

The university’s voluntary COVID-19 Vaccine Registry is now live online and open for anyone who has received their final vaccine shot.

By registering your vaccine information, you help our campus better understand the breadth of vaccination rates in our community and to better plan for the fall semester.

Please note: Do NOT submit information about a vaccine booster shot to the UNL voluntary vaccination registry. At this time, a booster shot is not required to be considered fully vaccinated.
